Worked in a Tier-1 Automotive industrial plant that produced fuses for General Motors, Ford and Chrysler. Was sole individual that was PAPP/FEMA trained in Detroit. Had sole authority signature for all final products. Performed all statistical Process Control (SPC) duties as a Quality Assurance Technician for an ISO 9000 company dealing with the automotive industry in a high volume/high demanding production environment. Solely prevented loss of $1,000,000 contract. Interfaced directly with the customer, sales, management, and engineering in validating our first product meets the customer's specifications.
