Daily Duties at Jet Edge:

 Oversaw all operations of test lab for Waterjet products. Interviewed, hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated technicians; answered technical questions and conferred with customers on applications; trained Customer Service personnel on system operations. Made field visits and met with clients within the plant to assess their issues and equipment needs.  Served as Project Manager for a new CNC controller for the system. Oversaw evolution of an established concept into a useable product: directed development and testing, designed technical and application information, guided HMI in writing the associated technical manual, and created evaluation forms for the test lab and sales force. Played a key role on teams for specification writing, vendor selection, and bidding process. Developed initial marketing program and oversaw product launch. Provided on-site hands-on customer training. Headed trade show representation and demonstration for the controller.  Prominently participated in trade shows for all Jet Edge products.
