Daily Duties at Northwood Consultants, Llc:

 Directs entrepreneurial enterprise offering consulting services to clients owning Waterjet equipment, ranging from single job shops to large, high-profile corporations, such as Kimberly-Clark, that employ the Waterjet in manufacturing product. Serves an unlimited client type base, with industries ranging in distinction from automotive to food service.  Counsels clients on initial purchases, assessing all parameters affecting the final decision. Offers options varying in size, tolerance capability, and overall complexity, guiding clients in selecting the right equipment for the intended use, and taking into account budget constraints and space available. Works with clients throughout all steps of purchase, including locating appropriate area for equipment within plant, assisting with installation, training, answering technical questions, and providing post-sale customer service. Educates clients in what to expect regarding length of time before equipment pays for itself. Assists clients in evaluating Waterjet’s utilization in new applications.  Provides additional contract sales and consulting services to Jet Edge, St. Michael, MN.
