Recruited to co-lead Institution’s balance sheet collateralized loan obligation transaction in order to free up capital at critical time for the Bank. Successfully completed a $1.3 billion balance sheet collateralized loan obligation transaction with AAA ratings from Moody’s and Standard and Poor’s freeing up an equivalent amount ($1.3 billion) in capital.
