Daily Duties at C. W. Archer Insurance Agency, Inc.:
• Supervise/train 2 office assistants. • Solicit, quote, sell, and issue new policies for personal and commercial clients. • Service current policies per customer requests. • Ensure that clients have proper coverage for compliance with contracts such as lease agreements, mortgage and/or loan terms, and those issued by government entities for sub-contractors. • Review agency contracts with companies at inception or renewal. • Process customer payments. • Bill customers that are not directly billed by their particular carrier. • Maintain copious notes on client files for historical purposes and audits. • Update office forms and agency procedures manual for state compliance, agency efficiency and adjustment to changes in the industry. • Reconcile monthly commission statements and report sub-agent income for payment.
