Worked as both estimator and project manager for General Contractor • Maintained communication with the ownership representatives, subcontractors and project manager. • Responsible for putting together bidders list, blueprint dispersal to bidding subcontractors, RFI submittals, formation of scope of work and quantity take offs for all trades. • Reviewed and processed change orders and all cost estimates of ownership vs. contractor provided material. • Responsible for supervising and coordinating projects to complete the work safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. • Maintained communication with the site superintendents and subcontractor foreman to coordinate design and construction activities in an efficient and professional manner. Key Projects: • Doubletree Hotel, San Jose, California 2007 (Value: $750,000) Worked as main estimator during the pre-bid and bidding processes. Complete renovation of Presidential Suites, ADA upgrades, parlor suites and installation of new fitness center. • Sheraton Hotel, Anchorage, Alaska 2007 (Value: $250,000) Worked as lead estimator and project manager to price and complete the project within a tight schedule. Exterior renovation of the property including patching, caulking and painting. • Marriott Centerpoint Parkway Hotel, Pontiac, Michigan 2007 (Value: $1.2 million) Worked as lead estimator and project manager during pre-bid, bidding, scope review processes and completion of the project. Renovation of guestrooms, guest corridors, ballrooms, restaurant and public spaces. • Embassy Suites, Las Vegas, Nevada 2007 (Value $300,000) Worked as lead estimator during the bid process. Complete renovation of guestrooms, guest bathrooms and Fitness Center. • Walt Disney World Hilton, Orlando, Florida 2008 (Value: $7.5 million) Worked as estimator during the bidding process. Complete renovation of guestrooms, corridors and replacement of fan coil units. • Wal-Mart Woodhaven, Michigan 2008 (Value: ) Worked as estimator during the bidding process. Project consisted of renovation and expansion of existing Wal-Mart facility.
