Daily Duties at Bsb Design:

I was hired to provide structure to the Multifamily Division, design responsibility, technical knowledge and support to the regional offices and establish procedures for the division. In this role, I took on additional responsibilities that were needed with the primary focus on accessibility design guidelines, reducing liability, reviewing contracts and increasing the quality of documentation. I am an innovative thinker, highly driven by performance with expertise in operations, business development, strategic planning and leadership which contributed to the many successes and financial gains that I have brought to employers. Having a strong background in educational, commercial, mixed use, health care, senior living, mid-rise and industrial projects has allowed me to provide technical support, peer reviews and staff guidance. Knowledge of contracts enabled me to review existing contracts and work with attorneys in rewriting new contracts. My years of extensive skills in project management, leadership and technical knowledge enabled me to multitask with clients, staff and attorneys on technical and litigation issues.
