Managed financial operations and staff for $16M non profit, 46 schools and 6 offices. Extensive accounting, financial/grant reporting and strategic budgeting. Developed automated expense reporting system utilizing Great Plains and FRx which successfully increased accuracy of coding and process time while at The KIPP Foundation. Mentored and coached staff of over 100 on financial planning for their Program Service.
