Successfully managed all accounting procedures and financial controls operations for 106 stores, throughout the tri-state area. Total revenue of $80M with over 800 employees. On several occasions managed all aspects of operational duties in President Absence. Instrumental in overall company growth by making strategic suggestions and controlling cost. Gained hands-on experience with financial, bank reconciliation and annual financial reports, payroll taxes, analyzing corporate performance, and forecasting budget. Business Analyst Gained thorough experience in workers’ comp and conducted yearly audits. Monitored all aspects of monthly inventory goals and prepared breakeven reports for all stores, detailing expenses and projected sales goals. Prepared and analyzed profit and loss statement. Administered all corporate employee benefits programs (health and disability insurance plans, workers compensation, 401K plans). Performed all monthly financial closing operations and generated combined income statement. Created financial and operational policies and procedures to ensure adequate internal controls.
