Daily Duties at Flynn Transportation Services, Inc:
• Responsible for the every day financial activities of the company which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial statement preparation. • Handle all benefits and insurance policies including instituting a Long Term Disability policy and Dental. • Prepare budgets and forecasts concerning revenue and expenses to upper management. • Responsible for dealing with the banks, outside accountant and all customers and vendors. • Absorbed another position into mine to eliminate a salary and reduce salary and benefit expenses.
