Logistics operations manager for the Pacific Northwest Region, supporting 390+ computer service technicians with offices in Pleasanton, CA, Fresno, CA, Las Vegas, NV, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, and Anchorage, AK One of 13 Regional Logistics Manager in the US Recruited, trained, and managed 28 logistics associates within the region $10 million physical inventory was managed within the corporate service metric 99% accuracy Setup 3rd party service providers (3PL) to source inventory to remote areas with the region (i.e. Alaska) Worked with Customer Service management to meet/exceed time sensitive repair/restoration contract commitments to maximize revenue Managed the supply chain to ensure defective inventories were sourced to repair centers and replenishment was appropriately placed with the region
