Daily Duties at Fi Serv Corporation:
Technical Integration / Infrastructure Technical Projects - Check 21 Solutions, Global Payment applications, Image Transfer and Archiving, Anti-Money-Laundering, Fraud Management, WorkFlow Manager, Real Time Source Capture, Web Capture, Application Library Services, ACH, WireTransfers, Payment Frameworks, BackOffice NextGen. Projects Technical Lead provides support to our Federal Reserve Bank customer nationwide. Performs engineering duties to support the integration and additional functionality into the system and/or modify existing bank systems functionality. My primary role is to provide operations and sustainment support to deploy into a production operational environment on the client site. Other responsibilities include product installs, OS installs, Middleware installs, database administration functions and database server structures. Individual will develop and maintain scripts and programs for data exchanges and interfaces with external systems; coordinate format requirements for data interfaces with mission critical systems, and interface requirement issues. Create monthly status reports and metric reporting to client management. A 28 year discipline and 15 years progressive IT experience and 10 years of experience with Database Administration. (RAC) Experience with backup and recovery and SAN Storages. Experience with SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with database hardening for classified systems to enable and maintain accreditation. Experience providing technical analysis and implementation support for system and functionality upgrades. Can deployed on a LINUX Red Hat operating system. Performed the interactions with multiple internal and external teams to elicit details to support our clients with communication skills, networking skills and the ability to operate independently reporting results to the project manager. Defines and manages project approach, structure, and charter through the establishment of project requirements and planning. Performed ITIL Service Management and Service Support and processed a thorough understanding of 23 years experience in the fundamentals of data center operations in the areas of Performance Tuning, Analysis and Monitoring results. Responsible for Shrinkage / Growth and Capacity Planning back to our clients, extensive banking and financial experience with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products. • Federal Reserve Bank, Boston – Performed and supported the implementation of DEX/CIEA/ALS/CPCS/SourceCapture products • Wells Fargo Bank, Minneapolis, Bank, England – Supported and consulted to the bank on the implementation of WebCapture and IBM WebSphere V5.x and V6.x applications • PWGSC Canadian Government - Implemented Source Capture, Process and Archive Image Transfers, Landing zones across DMZ, CIEA, Delivery Express, ALS and PCS products and various Check Solutions applications in Ottawa, Canada • Managed the Operations Consultant group for 5 years that provided implementation services to banks and financial institutions • Symcor, Canada - Installation of Source Capture, WebCapture V8
