Professional Experience: Winning Solutions Inc, Client: 1st Data Systems Oct, 2007 to present Data Center Consolidation Project Manager Environment: Solaris 10, MS Enterprise, SQL, WebSphere, J2EE, VMS, DB2, Oracle Tools: MS Project Enterprise 2007, MS Office, Mercury Test Manager Project managed the Telecheck™ application migration and consolidation of four (4) data centers to 1st Data’s designated production sites in Chandler Arizona, and Omaha, NE. Completion of project objectives achieved within assigned schedule and budget. Managed the development, testing, migration, turnover, and decommissioning, and site closure for all assigned data centers (Houston; Greenville; Birmingham: and Denver). Managed capital budget of over $ 15M and operating budget of $10m for the completion of all functionality migration (Authorizations and Settlement Business Functions) Winning Solutions, Inc. Client: Iowa State/DHS/DOE/ABD February 2006 to February 2008 Senior Program Manager Environment: .NET, SQL, WebSphere, J2EE, DB2 Tools: Niku Project Workbench, MS Project, MS Office, Mercury Test Manager Managed and directed client/account activities, RFQ/RFP responses, contract acceptance, scope and requirement definition, scheduling, budget/cost reporting, marketing assessment, RFP completion, customer service, and product marketing. Accomplishments include legacy migration (IBM Mainframe to WEB Hosting and EPortal systems) of various State/Federal entities, IT and network service contracts to WSI from their current IT provider, obtaining staffing contracts from public and private entities to WSI service, and opening California office for WSI. Account Accomplishments: Developed a business relationship (hosting; application development; and facility management) between WSI and the Iowa Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Education resulting in significant business for WSI.
