Daily Duties at Byu & Lds Church F.M. Dept.:
Prepared/assigned worked on and managed maintenance and some installations of university (and later various other facility sites as an F.M.)building electrical, hvac, plumbing (and misc. other building systems), and pool/pavilion facilities. Later I managed other commercial buildings and properties for the parent organization doing also the hiring, budget management, contract/project planning and contractor /vendor management and other F.M responsibilities.
