Daily Duties at Midwest Container:

• Responsible for all planning, design, estimation, and purchasing of new plant equipment. • Supervision of maintenance personnel with regard to repairs of equipment. • Lead SPC coordinator and instructor • Provide PM schedule and training of personnel for all new equipment. • Responsible for design of new equipment to improve plant processes. • Maintain all plant schematics including electrical, HVAC, Safety, and Fire. • Troubleshoot machinery in order to keep production levels above standard.
