Developed merging markets in the construction industry by expanding into concrete placement utilizing concrete pumps on highway and large commercial projects. Assumed control of the family owned construction business that had peaked at $20,000,000 annual sales primarily thru government procurements and was in decline to less than $2 million annually. Analyzed market opportunities and reorganized technical staff generating over $2 million in sales the first quarter of the second year as General Manager.
