Developed and taught daily career-oriented and life planning classes for a 600-student roster as well as creating and administering a “Quality of Life” program for the entire student body and leading a special class for at-risk students struggling in mathematics. • Strategized and developed a new, long-term, 4-year subject plan for students, and a school-wide initiative adopted county wide. • Recognized for continuing innovation and selfless service with exceptional ratings on every performance evaluation. • Continued and expanded on long-time role as a high school football coach and mentor, taking on coaching positions for both high school softball and baseball and delivering winning records and high-morale teams.
