Travel extensively to meet with clients and provide critical in-person support, maintaining 24-hour on-call availability. • Conceived and developed this innovative model for proactive social work care, receiving frequent accolades from advocacy and religious groups and citations/profiles in various news media for forwarding this visionary concept. • Built business from the ground up, retaining 68 clients in the first year of operation, growing the company to serve 100 clients on a continuing basis, and establishing unique, long-term partnerships with clergy across the state. • Achieved across-the-board superior customer satisfaction ratings for 11 consecutive years from a highly discerning client base. • Consistently deliver substantial increases in and enhancements to client well being, averaging a 92% increase in each client’s wellness by a proprietary measurement scale and transforming the lives of numerous at-risk patients.
