I inspected vehicles to determine settlement based on independent judgment, estimate, the actual cash value and replacement value on appraisals. I did Total loss determination and settled total losses with customers. Also mitigated storage, rental costs assuring a cost-effective resolution. I provided quality customer service to meet the needs of the customer, and processed checks for payments.
