Daily Duties at Farmers Insurance Group:
I supervised 7 Field Auto Claims Rep. and 5 clerical staff for our claims operation. One of our Claims adjusters handles all the total theft claims for our entire Sacramento area. I worked closely with our SIU and private investigators and law enforcement officials. Also assisted NICB in sting operations with law enforcement. Worked with our attorneys with fraud investigations. I’ve handled DOI complaints. Completed case reviews and write ups quarterly/annual reviews for each employee.
