I’ve inspect vehicles to determine damages using independent judgment estimate the actual cash value and replacement value and do appraisals. Processed total loss determination, mitigating storage and rental costs. While handling claims, I managed cost control, issued payments and provided quality customer service to meet the needs of the customer.
