Daily Duties at Farmers Insurancae Group:
For one year I did Labor Rate Surveys throughout California as a special project for the state office. I personally visited every auto body shops excluding three territories in Southern Calif. I supervised DRP shops on our program, reviewing shops estimates, conducted re-inspections and authorized payments. I monitored customer service and assist shops in keeping in compliance. I helped train new shop estimators with our requirements and procedures. I’ve implemented action plans for shop’s not meeting set goals. I removed shops due to poor performance and have interviewed new replacement shops to be added to the DRP.
