Organized and managed overseas operations in Russia and Poland. Prepared Manufacturing, Distribution and Sales tactical plans including 5 year projections for process development and improvement. Organized “ Special Production Department” providing 65% plastics packages for “ Wedel “and 50% for “Pepsico”in Poland. Implemented Quality Assurance Program (QC), Weekly Production Control (WPC ) - 7 days reports- and 48- hours Inventory Scheduling (IS).Conducted joint venture partnerships with all Governmental entities. Maintained regular communications with selected distributors to ensure achievement of growth. Developed and executed production strategy . Prepared strategic plan for “Inline Russia” operation ( Plant Design & Layout) and implemented Distribution System.
