Daily Duties at Cp Sphere, Llc:
Position clients for double-digit revenue gains and partner with stakeholders to streamline and optimize operations. Lead 1- and 2-person teams to perform comprehensive client assessments encompassing strategy, finance, sales, marketing, internal processes and team performance. Leverage results to develop improvement strategies and build deployment plans, achieving consensus from stakeholders. Spearhead Balanced Scorecard implementations including strategies, performance metrics, plan adjustments and maintaining accountability and continuous improvement via proprietary software. Standardize policies and procedures. Implement continuous process improvements on multiple levels. Play a business development role by forging strategic relationships with business organization members. Conduct business education seminars.
