•Performed systems analysis, design, code development, testing, and implementation functions, developing an Internet Course Management System (CMS) for WPAFB •Used Oracle database to create stored procedures and integrate into CMS user interface •Government management personnel utilized this CMS to assign and track employee training objectives •CMS lesson content, test exercises, and certification were tied into employee performance ratings •The online CMS reduced training costs by providing employees access to training material from their desks rather than requiring travel time and expense
