Daily Duties at Boston Scientific:
• Built and managed a production department with six staff including buyers and traffic, inventory and finance managers. Managed 400+ concurrent projects each day across 15 different departments. • Reviewed marketing communications processes to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing strategy. Forged productive relationships with key internal departments. • Sourced and selected vendors to maximize efficiency, and provide quality and cost-effective product launches, events and trade shows. • Planned, developed and implemented marketing initiatives to promote new/existing products. Collaborated with senior executives, directors, managers, engineers, designers, sales and marketing staff. • Purchased and managed production of all sales/marketing collateral including print, promotional items, business incentives, photography, CD and cardiovascular device demos and presentations.
