EZSource processed over $30B source selection contracts annually •Maintained system documentation, certification and portfolio management for all IT systems within the ASC/AQ organization and documented findings in EITDR, upholding system compliance •Created Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and procedures, providing helpdesk support to 1000+ users Air Force wide •Received company award in recognition of EZSource as an Air Force wide standard tool, producing 40% revenue increase, and 70% timesaving in data entry •Point of contact with senior leadership, site manager, and customers
