Daily Duties at Advanced Care Medical Equipment:

Determines charges and coverage for orders, collects co-pays, codes and enters data into system. Creates patient records, educates and trains new employees, assists with trade show set-ups, as well as special studies and research. Audits accounts and billing manifests, answers all Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance and Home Health billing questions. Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements and reviews. Reconciles report discrepancies, performs in-store audits for company’s 4 locations. Participates in PI (Performance Improvement) activities and DMETRAIN® programs.
