* Provided ongoing project coordination and process development support to implementation teams, intelligence analysts & project managers; presented recommendations to senior management at weekly project team meetings. * Prepared and presented timely status reports to client and internal senior management from critical data gathered by SOACC Operations to support numerous business units. * Ability to facilitate group dynamics, including conflict resolution. Supported special project tasks in a timely manner to meet critical deadlines. * Streamlined comprehensive information processes that enhanced communication and issue resolution for cross-functional teams & management relating to criminal activity and life safety situations impacting bank personnel; distributed critical notifications exhibiting a sense of urgency to Protective Services, Local Authorities & FBI. * Evaluated and executed quantitative data analysis to assist in reducing unwanted and excessive false alarms; maintain monetary spreadsheets to batch and reconcile checks. * Prepared, processed and analyzed daily false alarm invoices; perform and export retrieved data utilizing MS Excel, database applications and Accounts Payable ERBI for payment processing. * Implemented strategic process to mitigate legal court matters; streamlined mandated jurisdiction processes. * Developed successful relationships with regional Protective Service Management teams, legal courts and law enforcement to manage, resolve and facilitate concerns and complaints in a timely manner. * Assisted with the preparation of internal and external reporting materials to Upper Level Management presentations via reports, charts, and project schedules. * Strong academic performance and knowledge in IS Management and related technical skills (MS Project, Access, Visio). Ability to work with system’s user community, IT development staff and other internal customers. * Provided resourceful problem solving tactics focusing on alarm and safety procedures. * Administered daily reports including alarm troubles, vendor alarm codes and unwanted alarms.
