* Provided ongoing project coordination and process development support to implementation teams, intelligence analysts & project managers; presented recommendations to senior management at weekly project team meetings. * Prepared and presented timely status reports to client and internal senior management from critical data gathered by SOACC Operations to support numerous business units. * Ability to facilitate group dynamics, including conflict resolution. Ability to work with system’s user community, IT development staff and other internal customers. * Provided resourceful problem solving tactics focusing on alarm and safety procedures. * Administered daily reports including alarm troubles, vendor alarm codes and unwanted alarms.
