Daily Duties at Saks Inc.,Dsg Department Store Group:
Coordinate with all production, processing, and administrative mangers to utilize staff and systems to maximize building throughput and eliminate bottlenecks. Supervise and direct production area teams to ensure attainment of expense, productivity, and service goals. Monitor performance, expense and quality reports and adjust accordingly to achieve established goals and objectives. Continuously train and develop supervisors and hourly staff. Prepare and conduct annual performance appraisals for hourly associates. Monitor performance and take appropriate action as needed. Ensure outward commitment toward shortage, quality and safety goals by actively participating in established programs. Assist Director of DC in developing expense budgets and capital budget recommendations.
