Daily Duties at Sun Microsystems:
Pre-sales of SUN products. Design of complex systems, including storage, both disk and tape, SANs, backup, archiving and disaster recovery. Create configuration, listing of required equipment including hardware, software and professional services. Worked on creating SOW, TCO, ROI, and responding to RFP's, and RFI. Worked as project manager, check to see that everything was delivered on time and resolve any issues. Also worked with field support personnel, and tracked trouble calls and issues.
