Daily Duties at Rutgers Organics:

Implemented PM programs for all equipment using MP2 CMMS software in operation and before every new process began. Troubleshoot equipment for smooth operation. Supervise maintenance personnel. • Implemented a Nitrogen usage reduction in plant – saving >$150K • Executed a Life cost analysis on forklift maintenance costs and was able to reduce Forklift maintenance costs by ½. • Initiated and improved contractor maintenance programs in the plant by reviewing and approving all contracts and supervising the work that was done in the plant
