Supported founding partner and CEO with daily operations including executive calendar, incoming calls, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Assisted with sourcing and compiling financial data for company acquisitions. Read scripts and wrote brief summaries for review. Prepared reports related to purchase opportunities, box office gross, advertising revenues, and client project availability. Trained new administrative assistants. Key Achievements: · Provided quality support in managing clients such as The Backstreet Boys, Enrique Iglesias, Limp Bizkit, and Korn. · Instrumental in reviewing all incoming scripts and recommending whether they were good. · Planned and organized government lobbying events. · Served as lead assistant, with reputation for outstanding organizational skills and confidentiality.
