 Designed and estimated more than 100 projects on both overhead and underground distribution circuits for new subdivisions of up to 500 units. .  Assigned to the hardest hit areas of Florida for Hurricane Charlie in August 2004, and of North Carolina for a major 2003 ice storm. In both cases assessed damage and created restoration strategies to make most efficient use of assisting utility crews.
