Daily Duties at Hexion Specialty Chemicals:
•Worked with business process owners to develop Business Requirements Definition, Functional and Technical design reviews. •Developed, documented and supported unit testing. User Acceptance Testing, process assessments, go-live and cutover activities, and post go live support. •Worked with key business process owners or external consultants in the development, training and end user business process documentation. •Developed and implemented controls and procedures for master data management. •Provided on going production support, regularly monitor status of systems hosting business applications and resolve service desk help tickets. •Investigated operational requirements and problems for effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed business processes. •Responsible for materials managements for North America. Maintained and managed on-going development and improvement of associated and integrated processes. Subject matter expert for business support. •Provided functional and technical assistance for end-users, collaborated with appropriate teams to analyze, test and implement system fixes.
