Daily Duties at Honeywell Corporation:
Responsible for typing various procedural documents and prepared them for publication for Technical Manuals utilized by CMF Technicians. When documents were returned from the Documentation Unit in Pasadena, they were distributed to personnel and files were also maintained in the CMF Library. Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) were distributed to various departments on the Goldstone Complex as well as maintaining copies in the CME Library. Maintained and updated Technical and Commercial Manuals. Ordered manuals and books as required for the CMF Department personnel. Maintained database on Library manuals and kept records on personnel checking manuals in and out. Filled in for Department Secretary as needed, completing and distributing weekly reports to various departments, taking meeting notes, typing and distributing them accordingly, distributed mail and answered telephones.
