Daily Duties at Itt Corporation:
Responsible for opening, closing, and distributing Facilities Work Orders for the Goldstone Complex. The Work Orders were entered and maintained into the MAXIMO system. Work Orders were distributed to HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Carpenters, Plumbers, Heavy Equipment Operators, Control Technicians, and Custodians. Also responsible for maintaining the Work Order hard copy files. Responsible for controlling and distributing keys to personnel for various buildings and offices on Complex and maintained hard copy records. Reviewed Facilities Department personnel Time Cards and entered vacation and sick time into an Excel database, keeping balances current. Maintained and filed all personnel Time Cards. Distributed uniforms to all required personnel. Distributed mail to proper areas for all department personnel and answered incoming telephone calls for Supervisors as needed.
