Daily Duties at Itt Corporation :
Managed and maintained 78 GSA vehicles, which consisted of sedans, vans, and various work trucks. Responsible for assigning personnel to Vanpools, dispatching vehicles for training purposes and meetings off Complex. Responsible for taking vehicles to Service Mechanics for oil changes, repairs, and body damages. Also processed in new vehicles by assigning to proper personnel and entered vehicle information into various database spreadsheets maintained in Word and Excel. Turned in vehicles when due to various Automobile Dealers or the GSA Office. Maintained DOT files for the Class B drivers on Complex and scheduled appointments for DOT physicals and random drug testing. Maintained the GASBOY fueling system for the GSA Vehicles, ordered fuel when needed, and prepared report for billing. Responsible for submitting monthly mileage reports to GSA, prepared monthly reports for Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), and a yearly report to NASA. Transported personnel to and from the Goldstone Complex as required.
