Daily Duties at Aao Hns:
. Solicited and enlisted new companies as exhibitors. Sold booth space for annual meeting with attendance over 12,000, mid year conference and regional conference (4,000 attendees). Trained and supervised permanent, temporary and volunteer staff for convention registration. Handled pre and onsite attendee registration, audiovisual and conference room set-up. Participated in the production of the exhibit prospectus for all meetings. Developed and maintained exhibit reports on the point system, booth sales, commercial and noncommercial exhibit space, advertising, and corporate support. Coordinated selection of destination management companies for guest and tour programs with Association President’s spouse. Designed themed letterhead and content for guest tour welcome letter for approval. Responsible for all pre-meeting/post meeting correspondence, forms, and invoicing. Assigned exhibit space.
