Daily Duties at Futura Industries:
Implemented lean and 5S in the aluminum extrusion manufacturing facility where worked around 250 employees. With 2 employees I implemented and sustained 5S in the whole manufacturing facility. Developed and implemented value stream maps and layouts that helped improve productivity from 30% to 50% in different cells. Have over 10 improvements in different cells from change overs, dies, tools to layouts that improved efficiency up to 50% in different cells. One year later take more responsibilites as the Quality Manager for Paccar. Responsible to submit PPAP, PFMEA to various customers: PACCAR, Freightliner, SurePower. Responsible to solve PACCAR RMA's and stay in contact with the customer.
