Daily Duties at Dana Coupled Products:

5/2006 to 3/2007 Dana Coupled Products Columbia City, In. As Materials Manager of a TS 16949 approved tube processing facility that was a first tier supplier to Ford and Chrysler providing Heater, Power Steering and Air Conditioning lines. At this facility we improved the material locating system by scanning to report production, scanning to transfer and scanning to ship. This improved supplier order releasing, and thus reduced plant inventory levels and increased inventory accuracy. I was responsible for Customer Service, scheduling, supplier releases, shipping, receiving and warehousing at this facility. We also reduced expendable packaging by 75% through implementing returnable containers to our major customers.
