Daily Duties at Dana Coupled Products:

I was the divisional scheduler for all inter company materials. This was a new position for Dana and I reported to the General Manger of Manufacturing. I scheduled product for our two Mexican facilities being purchased from the other Dana facilities. I coordinated freight shipments from three US facilities to Mexico to reduce freight costs and reduce inventory levels in Mexico. At the same time I scheduled the Columbia City’s production of Power Steering, A/C and Ford Service manufacturing lines using Excel spread sheets. I coordinated inventory management for the division by directing a weekly inventory reduction call with trackers and goal setting at 4 other inter-company facilities. The results of those calls were reported to the Manufacturing Director on a weekly basis.
