Daily Duties at Coupled Products Llc:
Coupled Products LLC purchased the plant from Dana in 1/2008. My division position was eliminated and I was requested to resume my former position as the plant’s materials manager. My primary goals were to manage the materials department while eliminating inventory errors and continue to reduce the plants inventory value. I continued my role as divisional inventory controller but my primary duties were to direct the plants Shipping, Production Scheduling and Purchasing personnel. I had 17 hourly and seven salary reports.
