Daily Duties at Sage Software:
Managed development, budgeting and execution of print and electronic mail campaigns to promote products, training, and service plans to existing customer base. Worked with product marketing, corporate marketing groups, and external vendors to facilitate development, production, and approval of campaign materials. Increased customer response rates to e-mail and direct mail campaigns by over 150%, resulting in a significant increase in revenue compared to the previous fiscal year. Managed transition of corporate brand from Timberline Software to Sage Software, reflecting that transition in all customer marketing promotional materials. Led and participated in cross-functional teams to increase efficiency and productivity of customer marketing and other related departments.
