Daily Duties at Dell, Inc:
I did 2 years of answering incoming customer calls, mostly in the Association Dept. I took care of their wants, as well as upselling them what they actually needed. This required digging into their business set up, to indentify their present and future needs. I then went int outcalling for the remaining 9 months, calling businesses and having a relationship role with over 300SSmall to Medium sized businesses.(under 250 employees)
