Daily Duties at First Call Properties:

Took incoming calls from interested clients needing housing. I had to persuade them to either come to my office or the property. I would show them and lease them their new homes. This commission job, also required great telephone, follow up, and closing skills. This industry was hurt by the popularity of the internet. The properties all developed websites and clients could then bypass my company and go straight to the property. I left this company, to go with a much bigger company that had more advertising and business.
