Managed all HR activities for 700 employees in 6 manufacturing sites in 5 states and 3 Business Units in 3 states. Led and developed 4 HR administrative assistants and 4 payroll specialists located in 3 states; managed $870,000 budget. Supported textiles, composites, and coatings sales teams. Served as business partner for Executive VP of Epoxy Coatings Resins Division, and direct reports, including VP’s of Textiles, Composites, Coatings, HSSE, and R&D. Ratified new 3 year contract with Represented Site.
