 Exhibited solid leadership qualities in directing all aspects of operations for various Laboratory Department sections located in Mississippi, Oklahoma and Kentucky.  Passed COLA inspection; converted 2 suites of a strip plaza into a functional reference lab.  Cost-effectively allocated, administered and controlled $3+M budget.  Hired, trained and motivated physicians and personnel, playing an instrumental role in their professional development.
