Daily Duties at R Apid Temps:
Maximize productivity and efficiency while serving as the Administrative Director for Southwest Memorial Hospital Laboratory Department sections, Cortez Draw Station and Durango satellite lab. Successfully build top-performing personnel vital to supporting enterprise-wide operations by strategically recruiting and effectively interviewing, screening and testing candidates. Strategically plan and coordinate personnel and continuing education schedules to maximize use of resources while controlling costs and meeting laboratory needs. Steer all aspects of purchasing, budgeting and contract negotiations, demonstrating exceptional prioritizing and multitasking abilities in achieving goals and timelines. Demonstrate solid knowledge of GLP, six sigma, CAP and JACHO standards in drafting, developing and implementing targeted laboratory policies and procedures to boost efficiency.
