Daily Duties at R Apid Temps:

 Maximize productivity and efficiency while serving as the Administrative Director for Southwest Memorial Hospital Laboratory Department sections, Cortez Draw Station and Durango satellite lab.  Successfully build top-performing personnel vital to supporting enterprise-wide operations by strategically recruiting and effectively interviewing, screening and testing candidates.  Strategically plan and coordinate personnel and continuing education schedules to maximize use of resources while controlling costs and meeting laboratory needs.  Steer all aspects of purchasing, budgeting and contract negotiations, demonstrating exceptional prioritizing and multitasking abilities in achieving goals and timelines.  Demonstrate solid knowledge of GLP, six sigma, CAP and JACHO standards in drafting, developing and implementing targeted laboratory policies and procedures to boost efficiency.
