Daily Duties at Specialty Sand:

Trained all employees from wet end operations to furnace operations. Maintained all MSHA files and maintained all employee/miner annual certifications. Maintained all TCEQ, Storm Water and DOT compliance records. Created a procedure with limited resources and money to meet the narrow specifications of a new multi million dollar customer. This is the largest account that this company has. I also started out in sales and sold this account along with many others.

What they like about Specialty Sand:

Organizations with strong, centralized leadership are particularly attractive to you. You require a work environment with leadership that aggressively seeks to expand and grow the business and does so in a visible and decisive manner. In general you prefer to work in an environment in which there is a strong link between leadership, its actions, and a strong set of company-wide values.
